  • Current Rates clearance certificate.
  • Fire certificates.
  • Valid Tax clearance certificates.
  • Health inspection report recommending or dis-recommending.
  • Proof of payment
  • Identity Card Copy / Number
  • Police clearance/ Finger prints .
